I love this plugin – especially if I can get this last bug fixed. Most of my files are secured. When I grant access to particular users, it won’t allow me to add users who have an email-address formatted WP userid. I can only grant access to those who have non-email address formatted WP userid. I created a premium support ticket a few days ago but haven’t heard from anyone yet.

The WP-Filebase’s WordPress admin page is blank when I try to access it. This happens when I try to click on any of the links in the WP-Filebase menu. What could be the problem?
The remote upload feature i.e sideloading is good but sometimes for larger files as I start upload page loads for much time and then shows progress bar not completed to 100%.Then nothing happens and file is not copied into filebase.
File tree image keeps spinning
The filetree does work in WP 3.7.1, but only when you connect a post.
I does not work when you put an filetree shortcode in an page.
Then the loading image keeps spinning.
PS. I am using WP Filebase Pro

I love the plugin but I am wondering how to use do_shortcode(‘[wpfilebase tag=list tpl=data-table /]‘) and get the full table with pagination and css? At the moment it displays as a standard table.
when I try to upload files by url I get 404 error
I have another site with the same plugin but I don’t have this issue there
I deactivated all plugins ,changed the theme but no use

Hi,
Having some issues with my filebase pro. When I click on a file it goes to a blank page, my files are setup through dropbox and it shows they are synced properly, but cannot download. I view the tiny url through the admin panel and file links work.
I do see an error Ghostscript not working properly. Not sure if this is related.
Any help is appreciated!

Is there an auto archive feature? So perhaps files after a year etc are automatically archived?
