Hi Fabian, I know this isn’t the place for this, sorry. But I’m having a small issue with the WP-Discuz comment plugin and filepages on WP-Filebase.
WP-Discuz hooks into the WordPress the_comments() call to display a new/better comment form/list. This works on all posts/pages of my site, but not on WP-Filebase filepages.
I was wondering if you would know what your plugin does differently regarding the custom post type wpfb-filepage where WP Discuz can’t properly recognize it as a comments-enabled custom post?
The settings in WP-Discuz do have the wpfb_filepage checkbox, but for whatever reason those pages do not receive the new comment area (it keeps displaying the default WP comments)

It seems to have been a result of Wpdiscuz checking for if wpfb_filepage supports comments (https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/post_type_supports), which seemed to always return false. I removed this check in that plugin and now Wpdiscuz replaces the default WP comment form for filepages correctly.

I don’t know if its been said, but the support ticketing system seems busted, and the sites main contact form is non operational. Not sure how anyone current or new can get support as I’ve had tickets open for a couple weeks with noone looking at them. I really hope this all gets fixed because this plugin has been a staple in my development for quite some time.

Looks like WP FileBase is gone. No support, tickets broken, functionality broken. Time to switch to a new product, everyone!
The login page and the premium troubleshoot ticket page is not loading. As other comments mentioned this appears to have broken some time ago but there has been no responses or fixes.
Is this plugin abandoned?
I have search for another Plugin. The Download Manager had make an addon for wp-filebase.

But it works not good for me. The downloads arrived not in the right category and so on.
I have write an email to Shaon from Download Manger and he says it is 3 hours work for him and want ca. 300€ . But when we many people who need this maybe he make it.
