Configuring WordPress Proxy for Licensing

WP-Filebase periodically queries the license server to keep the License slot reserved and check for new updates.
If your server requires a Proxy to connect to other servers, the Proxy details have to be added to wp-config.php file:
define('WP_PROXY_HOST', '192.168.84.101');
define('WP_PROXY_PORT', '8080');
define('WP_PROXY_USERNAME', 'my_user_name');
define('WP_PROXY_PASSWORD', 'my_password');

License queries are made weekly, allowing one query to fail. If two queries fail in a row the plugin will be disabled and it will ask you to confirm the License Key.
If your server is not conneted to the internet and you cannot use the online activation contact us. There is an offline activation method available.

    For all other customers who aren’t getting their tickets or emails answered by the developers (even if you have so-called ‘premium support’) I just had 1 (of 2) tickets handled.

    The second ticket has been ignored for 3 weeks but it seems that staff are a little more open to providing customer service (Albeit very delayed) if I keep commenting on each of their blog posts.

    If you are also being ignored by the developers then posting your comments may finally wake them from their long sleep.

      I’m resuming support. There is a big queue of requests, so please be patience.
      Please dont be counterproductive by double posting/spamming comments,
