    Same Problem here, our tickets are not answered since two month 🙁 And our problem is that we are not able to re-activate the filebase. Now we have to work with the free-version, instead of nothing…

    If you are able to cancel your payment, do it. I have already paid in April… Since November there is no support, he didn’t response tickets and mails and so on…

    Hello April,
    i have the same problems with thumbnails of mp3-files. I think this is a gerneral bug of the plugin. But you just read it on the wordpress-support, i think this plugin is dead!

    Hello Klaus,
    how do you tried to insert the files? Made this with a shortcode/ template on every site called simple… should work…
