The FTP Sync is only required to sync with other servers, not the same. If you want to skip the password, you have to enter a HTTP in the FTP sync settings

its a false detection. WP-Filebase Pro uses code obfuscation to protect the code that handles Licensing. Its free from malicious code, but Wordfence might recognize it as an infection because of the obfuscation pattern. Hackers usually add their code obfuscated.

Try to disable all other plugins before installing the extension. Some plugins (like WP-Filebase Pro) implement their own upgrade API, and in some cases they are buggy. Note you can also download the extensions from http://wpfilebase.com/got-wp-filebase-pro/my-license/
Ok will investigate this. With the hight security disabled you will be fine until it is fixed.
