Is it possible to allow a user to update a file to a specific category (or no category) AND to be able to edit details on any other files listed in the same category?
I can get the first part accomplished but am only able to set it up where the user is able to edit their own files.
On my site I need 2 or 3 users to be able to upload and edit files for their specific category.

In Settings / Permissions check “Edit File Details”
