I have 2 tickets in premium support that have not been answered for over 1 month. Has anyone else had this problem? Is the premium support area being monitored by the developer?
Same Problem here, our tickets are not answered since two month 🙁 And our problem is that we are not able to re-activate the filebase. Now we have to work with the free-version, instead of nothing…
