Problems after updating: upload form everywhere

After updating to version 3.2.04, appears an upload form in everywhere: posts, pages, etc.

It seems like its filtering the_content() function, because if i use

echo get_the_content()

gets fixed, but then i can´t embbed videos, so i really need to use the_content()

That theme are you using?
Could you please post a screenshot?

I´m using default theme.

Seems related to //wpfilebase.com/forums/topic/problems-with-version-3-2-02/.

I´ve tested version 3.2.05 with same result

Are there any JS errors in your browsers console?
