How do you reorder categories?

    I don’t want to put numbers in front of the textual names of my categories/folders, so how do I reorder them to be what I want? I tried using the “Custom Sort Order” field but that had no effect. Please advise.

    There is a category property cat_order

    How do I access and change that? I don’t see any setting or field in any of the plugin screens called that. Please advise, step-by-step how to set that up.
