I would like service manuals to be inaccessible for the general public.
I created a service manual category, uploaded the service manuals to the service manual category and applied specific roles to restrict access on both the files and the category.
The option to hide inaccessible files and categories is selected in the security settings. Redirect to login is also selected. The viewing restrictions are respected when file tree or data table short codes are embedded in a page.
However, when restricted files are ATTACHED to a page, the restricted files can be seen by everyone although they cannot be opened or downloaded until the user logs in.
I want only the appropriate, logged in user see the restricted files in the list.Is there something I can do to fix this problem?

Example page: http://www.eiki.com/lc-hdt2000-files/
Restricted file in list: LC-HDT2000 Service ManualThank you,
