filelist pagination link not working after recent updates

I’m using wp-filbasepro for my file repository. It was working fine. But after recent updates (I am not sure it is after wordpress 4.1 update or after filebase’s recent updates in dec and jan), filelist pagination links are not working. so, any list with multiple pages could not be visited properly. Any pagination link clicked first in the filelist is working but not others

I have the same problem in other pages also. I am running datatables now to avoid this problem. But paginated filelists will be my choice to serve the users better.
