Delete from Context-menu doesn't respect permissions

I have set upp the plugin so that for each category there’s a corresponding role. Each user has a role assigned, and can only upload to the allowed category.

I also need the ability for them to delete their own files. So I enabled the Context meny from the Admin bar. But now everyone can delete everyone’s files, not only their own.

Is this expected behaviour? Is there any other way to allow the users to delete their own files?
