custom Thumbnails not loading

    When I click on browse add file to upload a custom thumbnail there is a problem. The jpg looks like it’s there and loaded but it does not show up. There is a problem with it reading the file or location or something. I can’t get it to work.
    In the “Manage files” section it shows no thumbnail. In the “view file page” page there is no custom thumbnail. When I right click view image info it says the image “Type” is “text/html” and the size is “unknown” and the dimensions are “0px x 0px”.

    It seems wp-filebase can’t find the thumbnail or its not really uploading at all or it’s looking for it in the wrong location. It is looking for the thumbnail file in this location
    wp-content/plugins/wp-filebase-pro/wp-filebase_thumb.php?fid=67&name=thumb_arthritis.jpg
    This is the image location when I right click on the missing jpg.

    This has been resolved. It was a server/hosting issue of not having GD installed to load thumbnails or resize images.
