ClientArea doubt

Hi guys.
I have WPFileBAse Pro and ClientArea plugins.
My idea is to have a “Fileserver” category where users can create folders and upload files.
What i found is that all users have hits subfolder inside the Fielserver folder:

Fileserver/user1
Fileserver/user2

So when a user creates a folder (Folder1) or upload a file (FileA) the thers will never see it:

Fileserver/user1
Fileserver/user1/Folder1/FileA
Fileserver/user2

What i have to do so i can give access to all users to the same folder?
