General about WP-Filebase
WP-Filebase’s file management
WP-Filebase uses a category/sub-category/file taxonomy. Each category can have multiple sub-categories (child categories) and files.
The file system is kept in sync with the category tree in the Database, e.g. each category has a folder containing the files and directories of all children (files and categories). This brings the advantage that you can easily add, modify or delete files directly on the file system, for example by FTP. WP-Filebase offers a function to synchronize the database with the file system, so file properties like size and hash sum get updated. (Never forget to sync after changing files with FTP!). See Sync.
Is there a way to include a “new” icon or label next to files that have been recently added or updated? For example, any file added or updated within the last 30 days would have that label/icon next to the title.
I would like to know if using the pro version I’ll be able to import files from dropbox or ftp using diffrent passwords for each file.. is that possible? is there a way to bulk import .pdf files using a different pass for each file? thank you.
Please help me with this:

Hello,
Do you have a demo?

Thanks and regards
Hello,
I have a pre-purchase question. I have gone through your demo and it looks great however I’m still not sure if your plugin can do what I need.
My client have various products but each product has a set of 3 types of documents for all of them e.g. product has a msds type, labels type and additonal type of document. THey are all PDF’s he has on Dropbox. Is it possible to have a normal hyperlink in my WordPress products section to look for the updated files from Dropbox and sync it automatically?
I don’t want to use your look and feel and want to use my own layouts and just sync all the hyperlinks with Dropbox if possible?
Hope it makes sense.
Thank you in advance. I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Jhorene
Is it possible to completely disable the “Add file/folder” feature for the front-end user? I want the admin to be the only one who can upload files/folders.
Did you manage to get this resolved I’m trying to find a way to do this as well.
Nevermind. Logged in as a non admin as opposed to use to user view. It removed it.
The front-end folder structure does not appear to allow files to be dragged. I can drag them but they do not move once I drop them the way they do in the administrator section. Is this a bug, a problem with my template or simply not a feature?
Thanks
Check your browsers error console for JS errors.
