WP-Filebase Pro

File Management with WordPress Media library can get messy. WP-Filebase keeps files structured in categories and comes with smart templates to embed files into post or page content. On mobile its responsive, on desktop drag&drop.

Hybrid Cloud Hosting

Securely sync files with an FTP server or use an extension for Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Amazon S3 (including Cloudfront), GitHubownCloud and others. Files stay at their origin, WP-Filebase handles permissions, URL signing and redirects, read more.

Scalabale File Management

Whether you want to publish a few release downloads or add your complete Dropbox with more than 10.000 files, its always fast. No site slow down.

Deep File Analysis

WP-Filebase Pro introduces a new file analysis approach. It scans each files for meta data and keywords, so your actual document contents become searchable. A special concurrent task scheduling enables your server to scan hundreds of files within minutes, even on shared hosting. For scanned PDF documents we have an OCR extension.

Complete Permission System

You can give individual access and upload permissions on user and user-role base. WP-Filebase Pro prevents direct, unauthenticated file access and protects cloud files. File passwords add extra security.

Custom Post Type

For each file WP-Filebase Pro generates a file page. These pages work like normal WordPress Pages: you can add them to navigation menus, they appear in search results and users can add comments. Other plugins can add additional things like user ratings. See an example.

Attach Files Anywhere

Drag&drop a file on a post or page to attach it from the front-end. Embeddable Upload forms allow your users and guests to add files with additional meta data.

More

Try out WP-Filebase Free and check the GitHub Repo. To be sure whether to upgrade to Pro, see the feature table and a play in the sandbox demo with wp-admin access.

Hi All, this is more of a pre-sale question.

We use Filebase and are looking to upgrade to Filebase Pro.

We have WordPress contributors and authors on the site that do not need to see Filebase button on the tool bar. How can be remove this? Both on the standard and Pro. Is this option available on the Pro?

Any help would be gratefully received.

    Hi.
I’ve been playing in the sandbox and I *think* I can do all that I need, but since I can only play in the sandbox as Admin I can’t be sure what my customers (guest access) will see.

Please can you confirm that only specific files uploaded to a page will be visible in that specific page? I don’t want all pages to show all ‘guest’ uploaded files.

Also, I can’t make a custom field capture the user input. I have created a custom field in the upload form and have added a custom display fields to the file and email templates, but these remains blank after uploading a file.

Finally can you point me to the CSS that styles the upload form (or maybe that’s not available in the sandbox)?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Hi.
An anonymous user can upload a file and then a registered user can query the file uploaded by the anonymous user? But not from the wordpress back-office but from the wordpress front-end. Can you make an example in the wordpress demo?

    Thank you.

Hi, I would to know if WP-Filebase (Free and Pro version) are fully compatible with PHP 7 ?
After checking Free version with PHP Compatibility Checker I found more than 50 errors.

    Thanks for reply and regards
