With some S3 bucket configurations, this error occurs when downloading a file hosted on S3:

Here’s is the fix:

1. Enable “Virtual-hosted-style URIs” is S3 Remote Sync Properties
2. Sync, either by clicking on “Sync” below the Remote Sync Title or “Sync Filebase” in Tools section
