Please help!
We’ve moved our site from Hostgator to Siteground. Since then we’re unable to use the plugin because it keeps asking for a password. I’ve disabled the plugin on the site and even tried to disable it here, hoping that would help. Can’t disable here. It tells me I have first disable on our website. I even deleted the plugin from the defunct files on Hostgator. What do I do?

As far as I’m concerned, this is the best plugin of this type, but I can’t keep buying new licenses (my only solution to the current problem – just get a new license). - AuthorPosts
